The Nobel Prize for Chemistry has been awarded to (American) Richard Heck and (Japanese) Ei-ichi Negishi and Akira Suzuki for their work on organic synthetics, which allowed for the capability to invent more sophisticated tools for Chemistry. The Award was announced Wednesday at the Swedish Royal Academy of Science in Stockholm.
